POLICY ON PAYMENTS
Indy 500:
A deposit of $350.00 is requested in order to hold a confirmed reservation,
full payment is requested on or before March 15, 2011. Cancellations must be received in writing,
refunds on the deposit payment will be allowed by stated date. If payment has been made by credit card,
a $25.00 per person handling fee will be held as non-refundable. All quotes are in US dollars.

AllState Brickyard 400:
A deposit of $250.00 is requested in order to hold a confirmed reservation,
full payment is requested on or before June 10, 2009. Cancellations must be received in writing,
refunds on the deposit payment will be allowed by stated date. If payment has been made by credit card,
a $25.00 per person handling fee will be held as non-refundable. All quotes are in US dollars.

DOCUMENTS
Documents with confirmation numbers, ticket numbers and itineraries will be mailed
3 weeks prior to raceweekend. Due to the value of race tickets, they will not be placed in the mail,
they will be held until day of arrival when they will be handed to you personally.
If tickets are requested, an $18.00 charge will be requested, in order to cover the UPS mailing charge.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE
Air transportation is not included in the package price.
May we suggest you contact your Travel Agent for assistance.
They too can make your reservation for the race package.

Reserved race tickets are not included in your package price,
but Indianapolis Racing Tours will be happy to sell them to you at face value.
Each race has a different price on tickets.
Tickets are subject to availability at time of request.
We are unable to sell tickets without a package reservation.

Other than those mentioned, meals are not included in your package.

CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL
In the event of the cancellation or postponement of the 2010/2011 Indianapolis races,
Indianapolis Racing Tours, Division of Indy Hosts, Inc. and/or its Agents shall not be
responsible for accommodations, meals or transportation beyond the date of the scheduled
date of each race, 2010/2011. Due to the fact that Indy Hosts, Inc. has entered into third party contracts,
said Company, shall not be held responsible for refunds in the case of war, strikes or civil unrest.
Indy Hosts, Inc. shall not be held responsible for loss of revenue or additional expenses caused
by the delay, cancellation or changes in transportation services.
Indy Hosts, Inc. has the right to make changes to the itinerary if deemed advisable.
